The visit notes you enter or scan, and the plain-language summaries generated from them, are processed and stored only on your device using Apple Intelligence and on-device text recognition. Your health information never leaves your phone — nothing is uploaded, recorded, or shared. The app requires no account and is informational only, not a substitute for professional medical advice.
This app uses no third-party services and makes no network requests with your data.
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Because most data stays on your device, you can remove it by deleting the app. Where an optional online feature is used, you can disable it or contact us to request deletion of any account data.
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
